(Pronounced 'Fel-or-eece') Felorice is definitely the place to be, if you enjoy a lively atmosphere... As a port city, Felorice sees people and goods of all kinds, from every corner of the world. This mixing and mingling leads to a very diverse atmosphere. Located close to Liverpool, England, Felorice benefits from being so close to another large, modernized city, including having an up-to-date hospital and advanced technologies. Most of the civilian homes here, particularly the more expensive estates, include plumbing, and in some cases, electricity. Felorice seems to act as a safe haven for many... Its mixed population leads to racial desensitization, and as such, there is slightly more ethnic and social tolerance here, than compared to other places. The city also boasts a high stone wall on its main land to keep the citizens safe from outside attack. The other half of the city is mostly the center of commerce, located on an island built on the bay. While there are a few homes here, for the most part the island is devoted to ships of both land and air docking to drop off their cargo or find work.
